Periodic services charges are costs such as monthly or annual fees for using an online service. These are above and beyond per-transaction charges.
Periodic costs may be levied by the principle organisation providing the service, for example Bolero (see heading "Bolero.net Price Plans"); or by intermediaries, such as Orbian "sponsors" (see heading "who determines pricing").
