Discuss an electronic marketing or e-business trend in 900 to 950 words, excluding references. Please seek guidance selecting your topic and crafting your report in order to complement your other assignments.

Expect to share your thoughts during our weekly seminar.

Your report should:

  • Be written in the third person.
  • Include at least five references, of which three are articles in a refereed journal.
  • Be built upon an approved book; your suggestions are encouraged.
  • Include at least two websites that illustrate your topic.
Due: No later than 3pm, Wednesday 26 April.

Plagiarism gives you: (ask if in doubt!)
  • a 0 for the research report
  • a 50% reduction in your class participation mark
  • your name on file with the Business School
Assessment is 60 points

Mechanical Features (9 points)

  • Grammar -- typos, spelling, verb tense, verb agreement, etc. (4)
  • References in the report and reference section should adhere to American Psychological Association in-text and reference list style. (3)
  • Format: 12 point Times New Roman font, 1.5 line spaced, align left, no cover page and word count included (2)
Content Features (51 points)
  • Follow The Elements of Style (9)
  • Introduction - about 100 words explaining what your report includes and how it is organised. (5)
  • Body - in a logical manner that flows, weave together and illustrate the key points of your research. (27)
  • Conclusion - about 150 words summarising the trend, your personal thoughts and how the trend may evolve. (5)
  • Required resources (5)
