  • Question the social effects of e-business
  • Discuss the differences among m-commerce, e-business, e-commerce and e-marketing
  • Illustrate b-to-whatever models
  • Describe the iPACE of online shopping (437-48)
  • Use the consumer shopping cycle (Fig 13.8) to explain implementing iPace (448-59)
  • Discuss the evolution of distribution strategies
  • Discuss eBusiness roles and conflicts due to channels
  • Debate taxing Internet sales

Activities: sit test 2 from 5-6:15pm (all week 6-10 readings and objectives, plus two highlighted week 11 objectives)
